Paris Hilton went shopping for some DVDs at around 10:30PM, when she was stopped by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for speeding and driving without headlights. Hilton’s publicist, Elliot Mintz, says she was exiting the parking garage which “is brightly lit so she had not noticed that her headlights were not activated.” As she drove a few blocks, she was stopped by the police. Deputies say that Hilton was speeding down Sunset Blvd. without headlights. She was pulled over and deputies discovered she was driving with a suspended license. She was given a ticket for driving on a suspended license but later released. Mintz says, “When she called me, she asked if her license was suspended. If that’s the case, she and I are unaware of it.” Hilton’s 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible was impounded and towed away. Hilton violated the terms of her probation when she was arrested for driving on a suspended license, and could spend up to 90 days in jail as a result. She was arrested on September 7th for DUI in Hollywood. In January, she pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving. She was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in related fines. As a result, the DMV also suspended her license, and a judge placed her on 36 months probation, with one major condition being: to “obey all laws.”

A Florida court of appeals will hear the case as to where Anna Nicole Smith’s body is to be buried, with oral arguments to be presented Wednesday morning. At 9:30 AM, Justices Barry Stone, Mark Polen and George Shahood of the Fourth District Court of Appeals will hear 20 minutes of arguments from lawyers for Virgie Arthur, who is seeking to bury Anna’s body in Texas, and 10 minutes each from attorneys for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, both of whom are seeking to have Smith’s remains buried in the Bahamas. Richard Milstein has also filed his appeal asking the court to uphold Judge Seidlin’s ruling give him custody of Smith’s body on behalf of her baby daughter.

Stern is living are putting the property on the market for a $10 million.’Horizons,’ the Bahamian oceanfront estate in which Anna Nicole Smith lived, was purchased back in October by South Carolina real estate mogul G. Ben Thompson for $950,000. Smith previously claimed Thompson gave her the money to buy the mansion and it was a gift. An attorney’s letter written to Thompson and his son-in-law, S. Ford Shelley, states that they have “a good and marketable title to that property, ” and there is, “a duly executed and stamped conveyance in your favor.” Thompson and Shelly are currently interviewing brokerage firms worldwide, firms that are interested in winning the listing. It appears Thompson and Shelly have a right to sell the property, which may have skyrocketed in value because of the incredible publicity surrounding the Smith saga. Sources say Stern himself believes the property is worth $10 million.

Watts has refused to speak about rumors she is expecting, despite sporting a new fuller figure. The company that owns Kim Kardashian and Ray-J’s controversial sex tape has agreed to halt distribution of the video, for now. In a statement, Vivid Entertainment says that ‘Kim Superstar’ will go on “temporary hold,” while they attempt to work things out with Kardashian in person. “We feel that it is most important that we have an opportunity to meet with Ms. Kardashian as soon as possible. We have reached out to her to try and set up a meeting.” Vivid claims they purchased the tape from a third party for a $1 million, and firmly believe that they have a “legal right to distribute the video.”
