Allen allegedly beat up photographers outside a London nightclub, kicking and punching at least two of the photographers. She was formally arrested and questioned by police regarding the scuffle. Britney Spears hand delivered a lawyer’s letter to her estranged mother, but it’s not a restraining order, according to inside sources. Spears reportedly fell out with her mother Lynne earlier this year for being ‘pushed’ into rehab after months of hard partying following her split from husband Kevin Federline. Spears was spotted visiting a Valencia, California movie set where her younger sister Jamie Lynn is currently working, and was seen handing over a document to her mother while exchanging a few brief words. Then she stormed back to her car. Various Media reports alleged Spears was serving her mother with a restraining order, but sources say it is actually a letter from Spear’s lawyer. Spears could not legally deliver such an order if she was the one seeking it. Reportedly, the letter was a blunt request to Lynne to keep her distance from Britney’s two young sons, if she is on medication that could “impair her ability to be around them.”

Kristy Swanson has denied claims she is a “homewrecker”, insisting she did not break up her partner Lloyd Eisler’s marriage to ex-wife Marcia O’Brien. Swanson and O’Brien were both arrested and questioned by police following a physical confrontation in Ontario, Canada earlier this month. Prosecutors withdrew charges against a celebrity photographer accused of planting a listening device outside Nicole Kidman’s home. Jamie Fawcett was charged in January 2005 with possessing and using a listening device after he allegedly was spotted planting the bug near a sidewalk outside Kidman’s Sydney home. The New South Wales state Department of Public Prosecutions withdrew all charges against Fawcett in Sydney’s Local Court. The reasons for the decision were not immediately clear.”I’m naturally happy,” Fawcett said outside the court. “I didn’t think that there was any reason to bring the charges in the first place.” After he was charged, a Sydney court ordered Fawcett to provide a DNA sample to compare with samples allegedly found on the listening device.Fawcett appealed and the court ruled that he could not be forced to provide police with a DNA sample since there was no evidence he had violated any law. In 2005, Kidman reached an out-of-court settlement with Fawcett and fellow Sydney-based photographer Ben McDonald after she was granted a temporary restraining order against the pair.

Lindsay Lohan was allegedly drunk and had cocaine in her system during an early morning accident in Beverly Hills on Memorial Day weekend. According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan had “nearly twice the legal limit” of alcohol and traces of cocaine in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26. In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are legally drunk. Police say Lohan and two other adults were in the car at the time of the accident. After the crash, she was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries, then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Police later said they found a “usable amount” of cocaine in the car.
